By completing a purchase on TAILORSMITH, customer acknowledges:

✓ Understanding of Return and Refund Policy
✓ Acceptance of Privacy Policy
✓ Consent to exclusive UK jurisdiction

Non-compliance may result in order cancellation without refund.

3.2 PRODUCT INFORMATION & ACCURACY

All product descriptions are accurate to best of our knowledge
Product images are representative of actual items
Slight color variations may occur due to screen resolution
All bags are handcrafted and may have minor variations
TAILORSMITH not liable for color discrepancies on monitors

3.3 PRICING & PAYMENT TERMS

CURRENCY: All prices stated in British Pounds (GBP)
VAT: Included in displayed price (UK customers)
PRICE CHANGES: Effective immediately upon update (before purchase)

Prices guaranteed at time of checkout
Price adjustments do NOT apply to completed orders
TAILORSMITH reserves right to adjust prices at any time
Promotional codes valid only as specified

3.4 ORDER PLACEMENT & ACCEPTANCE

Order placement does NOT guarantee acceptance
TAILORSMITH reserves right to reject orders
Confirmation email sent upon order acceptance
Customer responsible for accuracy of information provided

Orders may be rejected if:

Fraudulent payment suspected
Address information invalid or suspicious
Customer violated previous terms
Payment declined or failed

3.5 ORDER CANCELLATION RIGHTS

CANCELLATION WINDOW: 24 HOURS FROM ORDER PLACEMENT

Customers may cancel within 24 hours for full refund
After 24 hours, item enters production/packing
Cancellation after processing may incur restocking fee (20%)
Refunds processed within 5-7 business days

3.6 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TAILORSMITH LIABILITY CAPPED AT:

Amount paid for product in question
Maximum £500 per incident
Excludes consequential or indirect damages

TAILORSMITH NOT LIABLE FOR:
❌ Lost profits or business interruption
❌ Personal injury or property damage
❌ Data loss or third-party damages
❌ Delays from carrier or circumstances beyond control
❌ Customer's failure to follow instructions
